SCR脫硝技術(shu),即選擇(ze)性催化(hua)(hua)還(huan)原(yuan)(Selective Catalytic Reduction)是(shi)(shi)指在(zai)催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(如TiO2、V2O5、WO3)作(zuo)用下,還(huan)原(yuan)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)NH3在(zai)290-400℃下將(jiang)(jiang)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de)NO和NO2還(huan)原(yuan)成無(wu)毒的(de)N2和H2O,而幾乎不發生(sheng)NH3的(de)氧化(hua)(hua)反應(ying)(ying),從(cong)而降低NH3的(de)消耗。SCR脫硝系統(tong)是(shi)(shi)向(xiang)催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)上游(you)的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)噴入氨氣(qi)或其(qi)它合適的(de)還(huan)原(yuan)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)、利用催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)的(de)NOx轉化(hua)(hua)為(wei)N2和H2O。在(zai)系統(tong)運行(xing)中(zhong)首先將(jiang)(jiang)氨蒸發,然后氨和稀釋空氣(qi)或煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)混合,最后利用噴氨格柵將(jiang)(jiang)其(qi)噴入SCR反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)上游(you)的(de)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)中(zhong)。SCR脫硝系統(tong)主要包(bao)括:反應(ying)(ying)器(qi)系統(tong);煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)系統(tong);還(huan)原(yuan)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)儲存、制備(bei)及(ji)加(jia)注系統(tong);吹灰系統(tong)。
